Brand guide · SYNCA
Start with the CirC+ if you are considering a Synca massage chair. It is the only Synca model we currently track, so this guide covers that chair and the buying questions around it, not the full Synca range. Its listed weight limits disagree; confirm the supported user weight before choosing it.
The return policy below belongs to the Synca online store. It does not establish the terms of an Amazon order. The model-specific warranty remains on the CirC+ page.
Confirm the separate terms of the Amazon seller.

This table covers one listing, not the complete brand range. Specifications last checked Oct 8, 2026. Confirm current seller terms before ordering.
The CirC+ listing gives conflicting weight limits. A lower number is not a confirmed rating. Ask Synca to identify the correct limit for the exact model and seller listing, then compare it with everyone who will use the chair.
The recorded CirC+ listing states two years for in-home service, parts and frame. The Synca store has a separate 30-day return policy with return freight and assembly deductions. Confirm both warranty eligibility and your Amazon seller's return terms before ordering.
The sources checked do not provide a usable shipping-carton measurement or a minimum doorway width for this model. Ask for every carton size, the assembled chair dimensions and the delivery service level. Include stairs and hallway turns in the delivery discussion.
