Brand guide · Human Touch
Our Human Touch guide starts with the Super Novo, the one model from this brand in our library. Compare its published specifications with your needs, then confirm seller eligibility for warranty service. Human Touch's direct-store return policy and an Amazon seller's terms are separate.
Human Touch publishes model-specific warranty tiers and seller-eligibility restrictions. The return line is for HumanTouch.com direct purchases. Neither line guarantees coverage for an Amazon seller.
The policy restricts marketplace-seller eligibility. Confirm the exact seller with Human Touch before buying.
This is not an Amazon seller return policy.

Match the listing, invoice and manual to the Super Novo model shown here. Do not substitute specifications from Super Novo 2.0, 3.0 or X without confirming the exact version. A shared family name does not establish identical fit or equipment.
Human Touch lists Super Novo under five-year structural, three-year parts and one-year labor coverage. Its consumer policy restricts eligibility by seller and use, including marketplace-seller restrictions. Ask Human Touch to confirm the exact seller before purchasing on Amazon.
HumanTouch.com direct orders have a 30-day return window, require authorization and original packaging, and can incur return shipping and a restocking fee. Those are direct-store terms. Obtain the Amazon seller's own written return conditions for the order you will place.
